Details:
Each clear night at about 9:45 local time between early June and early July, I photographed the grouping of Venus, Mars, and stars of Leo. I layered the images using Regulus and gamma 1 in Leo as a fixed frame of reference. Venus showed curvature in its path as it approached Earth. More imaging and description is in the web site.
