Details:
Doppler data I received from the long duration M-Class flare event that started around 22:50 UTC. This event caused the Ionosphere to move closer to Earth, resulting in multiple positive Doppler shifts to WWV's 10 MHz carrier frequency, ranging from 2 to 4 Hz, as noted by the green trace. The blue trace indicates the corresponding reduction in WWV's signal strength.
