SDO AND A PHOTOGENIC SUNSPPOT: AR3354 is about to make a two week transit around the farside of the sun. As the active region turns the limb in the hours ahead, any explosions will be more photogenic than  geoeffective. By over laying SDO’s HMI Intensitygram image with the AIA 304 image, it kind of give you a different perspective! Hopefully we’ll see it again in two weeks, giving it a new number…perhaps…
