The giant sunspot AR 3354 is slowly saying goodbye. Lo and behold: an X flare! Could it still be geoeffective? I am sure that we will see this huge group again... :) Intes 150/900 MN + Canon EOS 6D + Baader VIP Barlow (F=1996 mm, Factor 2,21 x) + TS neutral density filter ND 0.9, (1.25", 13% transmission) + Baader solar film OD 3.8 (photographic), 1/400s, ISO 100. Taken in my garden house observatory.
