Upon the flowing water...
The image shows a typical 22° solar halo and a circumhorizontal arc. The scene is from Kashmir, India upon a mountain river.
Basudeb Chakrabarti captured this wonderful image and I took the opportunity to process the image. I employed a technique known as "Double Processing" to justify the beauty of the two optical phenomena and the scene.
