Details:
On 23Mar23 a lot of photographers captured what we thought to be S.T.E.V.E. It was west near the moon and Venus and separate from the aurora and appeared for maybe 30 seconds- without the picket fence and was gone. During that storm, here in northwestern lower Michigan in the Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore area, we had lights above, north, south, east and west. We've never witnessed the lights reaching so far east and west- actually all over the sky like we did that night! I've been chasing/photographing the lights here for almost 10 years and have never seen the display we had that night, not only me- but many, many other photographers as well feel the same! What a night! Could you please settle the debate going on about my image and let me know if this is indeed S.T.E.V.E or not? Its been bugging me since I looked through my images from that night! Thank you so much for your time! We all so appreciate spaceweather!!
