Details:
We headed SE from Edmonton Alberta to find clear skies as the Aurora oval was so amazing. The skies were mostly covered with green glow, but directly to the south (!!!) of us was this green arch. I shot an 8-shot panorama at 11:56 pm, and then soon afterwards, the arch exploded and moved northwards towards us! I shot the second panorama at 12:03 am, only 7 minutes later. You can see how the arch has moved closer between the images. What an amazing sight!
