Details:
There was a large prominence seemingly lifting off the Sun’s western limb so I decided to take an image of the disk and prominences using my Lunt LS80THa and a ZWO ASI174MM camera.
The active regions AR3256/3256 are visible on the lower left quadrant while the large prominence on the righr limb appears to be ‘lifting’ off the surface.
Software used: SharpCap Pro, Autostakkert!, ImPPG, PixInsight and GIMP.
