Details:
Well I didn't have much in the way of props and my wife said it was too cold to go out, so I used one of our giant spruce trees and decorated it with Venus and Jupiter. The sky was very hazy and had a lot of ice crystals as Venus and Jupiter were exhibiting pillar-like atmospheric effects. Sure enough, a 22 degree lunar halo also appeared around the Moon.
