Thanx to Eddie Irizarry of the Sociedad De Astronomia Del Caribe, here in Puerto Rico, I was able to find that this was indeed the Naval Ocean Surveillance Satellites. The photos seen here were taken from the video with one of them a stack of 100 frames and the other of the entire event that shows how it brightened when the angle was just right for the Sun to reflect off of it. I had to speed up the video of this event because it was traveling very slow but I did include a short clip in normal speed. Here is the link to the video: https://youtu.be/VeQGZZ6Ex3E
