Details:
AR 3190 is actually visible through proper solar filters without magnification. It was a bit tricky, but I was able to see it today through some eclipse glasses. Coincidently part of AR 3190 happens to look a bit like a pair of glasses. The photo was taken at 13:44 UTC on 18th January 2023 with a Nikon D7100 (APS-C/DX format DSLR) attached to a Celestron PowerSeeker 70AZ telescope (Aperture: 70 mm, Focal Length: 700 mm f/10) with a solar filter attached to the end of the telescope. The camera settings were: 1/250 sec, ISO 100, +5 EV. Processed with Photoscape X.
