The, "Star Freeze," version of Comet C/2022 E3 (ZTF). 12x300 sec, Askar 180mm F/4.5, QHY183c, L-3 UV/IR filter.
2nd image is another data set (11x300 sec) showing an even longer tail in the negative inset image. For reference, the field of view is 4.23° x 2.82°.
