Details:
My magnetometer here in the UK recorded the G1 geomagnetic storm reported yesterday, which was created by a passing Co-rotating Interaction Region (CIR) within the solar wind. This hi-resolution chart was recorded using 1 second intervals between measurements and shows in detail the variations in magnetic declination through the entire event.
