The ashen moon in the tower of the Cathedral of San Miguel. By adjusting the camera properly, we can obtain details of the dark area of ​​the moon when it is in a dimly lit phase. This is because the sunlight that enters the earth directly bounces off the moon illuminating the area that the human eye can only dimly see before it is completely dark. This effect is known as the ashen moon. At the time of the photograph, the moon was in the waxing phase and with 10% of its surface illuminated.
