Details:
The eclipse was taking place almost directly overhead of us here in Hawaii. These pictures were taken from the Big Island in the Puna district. It was cloudy early just before the eclipse started. I thought it was very interesting the pattern in the clouds with one side light and one side dark inside the ring around the moon. That's something I've never seen before. But fortunately the clouds cleared and it was clear for most of the eclipse. So I managed to catch these three phases. Canon PowerShot SX 540 HS one second exposure at F/5.6 400 ASA. 150mm & 165mm
