Details:
Being only about 3 degrees away from the solar disk, in this period Venus is theoretically undetectable. But due to its high brightness, when the sky is clear, once the Sun is covered, it is not so impossible to be able to observe it with the help of an astronomical instrument! Here it is taken until its sunset behind the horizon, as it appeared through a 12 "dobsonian and at 76x magnification from a very clear sky. Along its course, the light of the planet, playing with the earth's atmosphere, appeared coloured with shades of green and blue.
