Details:
I travelled with Apolónia to Antalya, in Turkey - initially for a different reason - but two weeks before and after talking with my friend Tunç, I realised that I would have a better weather and a larger percentage of the Partial Solar Eclipse visible from there, so we changed our plans and stay a few more nights. Some of the images are showing the total sequence visible above Mediterranean Sea from 13:40h up tp 18h00 (+3h UT) when the sun was setting behind the Bey mountains. Another picture with the background captured in the morning twilight of the same day, shows the Earth Shadow and Belt of Venus visible in the back, while a couple (me and my Apolónia) were enjoying the sky and simulating to point to the path. A last shot shows my silhoutte giving a kick...like if the Moon was a ball crossing in front of the solar disc. The sequence was captured with a baader filter in a 14-24mm lens set to 22mm, as well as the the foreground images (without the solar filter) at approximately the same place. P.S- I also did some Ha images with a portable telescope, but I need a few more time to process them, so I intend to sent them in another e-mail.
