Details:
A Moon Halo? Strong storms recently moved through and left behind quite a bit of moisture in the upper atmosphere. There's been some unique effects, day and night, for the last couple days. Add freezing temps on the backside of the storms...frozen particles illuminated by the Moon's reflection of the sun, magic!
