Description:
Comet C/2022 P1 (NEOWISE) imaged on September 25, 2022, just the day of its closest approach to Earth to a distance of 0.85 AU. Its gaseous C2 coma was observed with an angular size of 7.5' and a global brightness at magnitude 10.3.
