Details:
"Lady aurora" Thursday night, drove up to Northern Michigan in hopes of catching the coronal hole influence. Ended up being an all-nighter, as the Aurora didn't show up until around 2:30-3AM EST and went into the sunrise. While still not sure if that was really the coronal hole HSS, as the data was a bit odd - it was still great to see activity! While I had one camera timelapsing, I saw this little cove, and decided to play around and take a self portrait. :) This is a focus stacked image - so blended, so get cleaner detail from the foreground and sky. It was also done using an Astro-modded camera, and I decided to leave it a bit more on the pink side - just seemed to fit the overall theme of the image.
