Helped today by the Shelnutt family in shootong a very active sun. Leo used their new 80mm refractor, with new Baader filter, to shoot the visible sun with orange filter, 12mm Plossl, and iPhone 12s. O'Ryah and Mandi helped with processing the posting the Ha shots with Lunt 60, 12mm Plossl, and iPhone 12s. As yesterday, AR 3098 is very active near Nw limb, and shows well on visible and Ha shots. AR 3100 is earth-size spot just to lower left of center today, but new AR (still unnumbered) is making a fine filaprom on the SE limb, I call it the Mighty Monty Python Prom. Very photogenic.
