Details:
A very weak/mild aurora was noticed from the loft of our home in central Montana about 1 am. I brought up my Canon 6D with the 15-30mm f/2.8 Tamron lens and proceded to take a few photos of it from the loft window for about an hour. Went back to bed about 3 am when the aurora and the indices weakened.
