Details:
Shortly after 2200 EDT 200 km North of Toronto ON while looking for aurora we spotted this beam of light traveling across the night sky. The light was just above the horizon, appeared to traverse about 30 or 40 degrees of the horizon in less than a minute. The length of the light shrank to nothing the further east it travelled. No sign of aircraft in the area on flightradar24.
