Details:
It was a game of patience in Southeastern Pennsylvania waiting for the clouds to part. The skies only became semi transparent well into the totality phase of the eclipse. When it was visible, I thought it was a darker eclipse compared to others with deeper shades of red and orange. I had to shoot a 3.2 second exposure at ISO1600 through my Meade LX50 10" SCT in order to collect enough light.
