On Monday evening the Young 3.2% Waxing Crescent Moon was photographed setting in volcanic sunset afterglow below a strange weather beaten Musasa Tree at the foot of the southern slope of Transmitter Hill. The time-lapse animation consists of 10 still photographs taken between 6.09 and 6.15 pm. Camera: Tripod-mounted Panasonic Lumix DMC-ZS40 in sunset mode.
