Details:
At around mid-noon today at Quezon City, Philippines, I observed the detachment of a large solar prominence at the Sun's SE limb with my Lunt 100 mm hydrogen alpha telescope. Also included is my image of the large SE solar prominence taken around 2 hours before it detached.
