Details:
Completely cloudless sky early on Wednesday morning provided clear views of the Waning Crescent Moon and the four planets Mars, Saturn, Venus and then Jupiter as spectacular volcanic aerosol sunrise displays emerged, developed and finally obscured them between first light at 5 am and when the Sun appeared at 6.27. The accompanying pictures, which are presented in chronological order, were taken from first glow of volcanic sunrise until crepuscular rays and then full-blown volcanic sunrise twilight arches appeared and became so bright that the celestial bodies in the order Mars, Saturn, Jupiter, Crescent Moon and finally Venus were overwhelmed and disappeared into them. Camera: Tripod-mounted Panasonic Lumix DMC-ZS40 in night scenery and sunset modes.
