Details:
Alnitak is the left star in Orion's belt. Alnitak is a triple star system. I managed to split Alnitak B (HD 37742) from the two components of the main star Anitak Aa and Ab. The apparent distance between them is only 2.5 ". There is usually too much seeing to make it possible, but just on the evening of February 11 the stars barely twinkled, so I gave it a try. This picture was taken with my camera Nikon Coolpix P900, iso 100, f6.5, focal length 357 mm. many of the images were partially destroyed by seeing. The picture here is stacked of the two best photos.
