Details:
I observed the Moon on the 8th of February and noticed the very distinctive Lunar-X shape. I photographed 30 sequences and stitched them together into a mosaic. It is when the rim of 3 craters on the terminator get illuminated by the low angled sunrays that the Lunar-X appears but only for a short period of less than 4 hours around the Moons first quarter. When I had finished processing my mosaic, I noticed that I had also caught the lunar letters L, O, V and E. The Moon and I wish you a very happy Valentine's day.
