Details:
Whist observing the progress of sunspots that have been so active recently, I noted a large bright CME that had formed. So i grabbed my Canon Powershot S120 and took a number of record shots of the event. I was fortunate to have these as the CME had disappeared within 45 minutes leaving behind a smaller prominence together with a long thin jet of matter being ejected.
