Details:
The photo, taken 18 minutes after sunset, shows a Tonga twilight over Saquarema. Note the exotic colors, characteristic of the presence of volcanic aerosols, probably from the stratospheric Tonga eruptions. Also seen, in the two preceeding evenings, were: a bright yellow-orange twilight arch, intense crepuscular rays, a very thin dark blanket of high undulatus formations, that remained glowing for about an hour after sunset.
