Details:
At sunrise on Wednesday 19th the slightly waning Wolf Moon was photographed setting behind the summit of Transmitter Hill from vantage points on Murambi Heights. Gorgeous views were obtained of the Moon descending towards Transmitter Hill to the WNW while the first glow of Sunrise appeared above the Mozambique horizon to the ESE. Sunrise and Moonset took place almost simultaneously with the landscape beneath the setting Moon being bathed by the first rays of sunlight. The Moon pictured in the animation took two minutes to disappear. Camera: Hand-held Panasonic Lumix DMC-ZS40 in sunset mode with up to x60 zoom magnification.
