Details:
This display took quite a while to get going, in fact there was a good hour with a bright homogeneous arc extending up to around 20-25 degrees, which started pulsating and breaking up at one point. The main burst of activity was quite late on, which seems quite common with a slow high density solar wind, but it was worth waiting for with dynamic active rayed bands under the homogeneous glow, which I managed to catch on video. There was a second burst of activity around an hour later, with rays extending to around 20 degrees, and also a very faint sub auroral red arc extending up to 60 degrees.
