This is my first attempt of astrophotography using my Star Adventurer star tracker and stacking, despite taking over 50 light frames I was quite picky and only used 10. There is certainly room for improvement, for starters I would like the central core to not be over exposed so you can see the trapezium. I read there is a technique to do that by blending images with shorter exposure lengths with ones with longer exposures, but it seemed rather complicated, I will give that a go at some point when I am more familiar with using my equipment but for now I am still pleased with this for a first effort, I consider it my best astronomy image so far. Canon 70D DSLR with Sigma 150-600mm lens on a Star Adventurer star tracker. Focal length 600mm F/6.3 ISO 1000 Exposure times 20-30 seconds Stacked with Sequator Processed with Microsoft Photo editor.
