Details:
On Wednesday 8th the setting Sun was photographed approaching the horizon with the four day old waxing crescent Moon clearly visible over spectacular cirrostratus cloud formations above. It is quite unusual to see the setting Sun and Moon in the same photo but three have added interest provided by circulating swallows. Camera: Hand-held Panasonic Lumix DMC-ZS40 compact camera in sunset mode.
