Details:
Have seen and photographed ISS after it has faded into umbra before for over a minute, when bright moonlight kept it still visible at about 3rd magnitude. But to capture it with an iPhone 6s and Starry Camera Pro was still impressive. Note that past the point it enters umbra it is still fainting visible for another minute by moonshine, and perhaps some vodka for international celebration of deliverance from debris! The exposures were with Starry Camera Pro, ISO 800, 120" exposure, iPhone 6s, tripod mounted, and pointed directly overhead. What a beautiful pass! Mag. -3.8 before it reached umbra, about +3 afterwards...An older digitsl camera shot included for comparison.
