Details:
Comet ALAS (C/2019 L3) is large and bright despite its distance of 3.6 au from the Sun and 3.1 au from the Earth.
That should be it, the absolute luminosity of this comet is negative.
It is a pity that the perihelion distance is large (3.55 au), but it is considered to be a huge body comparable to Comet Hale-Bopp (C/1995 O1).
