This is an image that I took 53 years ago on November 1, 1968! I sent this as an example of how the technology has changed. The image was taken with a 50 mm lens, 15s exposure using Tri-X emulsion. This was one of the brightest displays I have ever seen and had this been colour it would have been violet and red
