Details:
Perhaps my best view Jupiter for a very long time (years!), in good seeing conditions. The Great Red Spot is well placed, as are a multitude of smaller white ovals.
This year it Jupiter glides at about 30 degrees of altitude at best, but next year it will be significantly higher and good seeing will reveal better details. Still, this session was conduced in some of the best seeing I've had this year, and the view LIVE while the data was acquired was fantastic!
