Details:
Our first cristal clear sky after a day with a rare snowstorm in September. With a Kp index of 1 we saw the auroral oval 2 hours before and after midnight, sometimes alongside with the Milky Way. There were several short bright wave explosions of the aurora. A night not easy to forget in this amazing country, with snow topped mountains from the bay of Husavik.
