Details:
Overnight on September 1-2, a fellow photographer friend and I captured brilliant Jupiter glowing in the night sky, as the Milky Way slowly rose above us. In the clear dark skies, it was spectacular! We had travelled 240km north of Montreal in the hope of capturing the predicted auroras, but alas, it was not to be. Nikon D850, Nikkor 14mm 20 sec @ f/2.8; Nikkor 20mm 20 sec @ f/2, both at ISO 6400.
