Details:
My wife and I moved from Bortle Class 4 skies (northwest Washington State) to Bortle Class 1 skies (central Montana) near the end of May of this year. I had thought Class 4 skies weren't bad, until I got a good look last night at the Milky Way from Class 1 skies. OMG! I've never experienced the Milky Way so bright and clear before! Incredible!
