Details:
A compilation of the brighter meteors caught by my camera (with a 8 mm fish-eye lens) during the nights between 9 and 14 August. For the background I made an all-sky panorama, then (after stretching, distorting and rotating individual images to fit the final picture) placed the meteors' streaks on it keeping their original positions relative to background stars. Most of them are from the Perseid meteor shower which peaked on 12/13 night. Unfortunately I had clouds on almost every night in addition to the heavy light pollution (Bortle 5 sky, you can see the heavy orange glow from Budapest on the upper right part). Taking these circumstances in consideration, I am happy with the result and I share it to encourage others who may not be able to visit dark places but want to try photographing meteors.
