Details:
On Sunday evening unseasonal cloud that had produced more than 33 mm of rain over the weekend cleared sufficiently after sunset to briefly reveal the exactly half-illuminated Moon directly overhead seventeen minutes after the moment of First Quarter. Was lucky to capture a picture of the Moon as cloud quickly reformed and covered it again. Camera: Hand-held Panasonic Lumix DMC-ZS40 in sunset mode.
