Details:
Hi Tony, my friends and I observed 150 Perseids on the night before maximum between 23.00 and 03.15 BST. Five which were fireballs, one fireball in particular at 02.14 was a significant event, despite being low in the western horizon behind hazy cloud it lit the sky up like daylight as of a bolt of lightning had flashed, casting shadows everywhere, a truly epic experience. Here are a few images of Perseids.
