Details:
Venus and Regulus were close together on 21st and 22nd of July (lead image) with the closest approach (1.2 degrees apart) at 19.00 hrs UTC on 21st. The other images captured about three hours before closest approach show the pair among passing sunset twilight illuminated clouds and in various shades of sunset twilight sky. Camera: Panasonic Lumix DMC-ZS40 in manual exposure and night scenery modes.
