On Monday evening the Waxing Crescent Moon was in the company of Venus and Mars approaching for their close conjunction on the 13th. The accompanying photos of the group, descending towards the southern slope of Transmitter Hill, were taken in clear conditions with excellent visibility from late sunset twilight to last light. Camera: Tripod-mounted Panasonic Lumix DMC-ZS40 in night scenery mode.
