Details:
On Sunday evening the young 2.2% illuminated waxing crescent Moon with Venus above appeared through the bright glow of sunset half an hour after sundown. As twilight approached Mars became visible about one degree above Venus and gradually brightened. In the final image Venus and Mars, which are approaching for close conjunction on the 13th, compete for attention with the three navigation lights on the masts on Transmitter Hill. Camera: Panasonic Lumix DMC-ZS40 in sunset and night scenery modes.
