Details:
The photos show bright Venus and Mars (190 times dimmer) now 1.6° apart and approaching. Tomorrow the young moon will join the delightful display at dusk and a day later, on July 12, they will be separated by 0.5° only. A Nikon CoolPix P900 camera was used to capture the pair 12° above the horizon.
