Details:
Yesterday evening (4th July) I was in the right place at the right time. Soon after sunset the first NLC became visible and got brighter and brighter. The display stayed for at least one hour and was only limited by oncoming clouds. As an extra for some time even Venus could be seen low over the horizon (3rd photo).
